"Traverse Town: Where Disney characters go to die."

It kind of reminds me of Dracula's theme from Castlevania 4 in places.
-
Sorry, but that synth-guitar section just ruins it for me. Too jarring.
-
I like it, but the ending's a bit too abrupt.

It feels kind of "empty", like you're playing the basic of what the song is, but you're not filling it out - like you're sketching something, but not adding more detail or coloring it.

I believe it was Square-Enix who wanted their characters removed from the randomized roster, and OCR basically had to remove them.
Yeah, but Square is and always has been a bunch of assholes, so...
I'm close to entirely certain that the only reason they haven't had the remixes here shitcanned is because it would explode in their faces like a nuke.

Because this situation might recur, I'll outline the specifics:
- PRS for Music (https://www.prsformusic.com/) issued a DMCA takedown for a ReMix by @Beatdrop
- Dreamhost removed the mix and notified us...
- ...however, our automated process to synchronize mirrors put the mix right back where it was, and Dreamhost subsequently shut the whole mirror down
- I am in the process of issuing a counter-claim and checking with Dain to see if there's any reason this company would have issued such a claim; even if there is, our content policy grants us license to publish/distribute and supersedes any subsequent agreements re: exclusivity.
- In the meantime, the mirror will remain down
Good luck; they'll serve you a lawsuit just for listening to music in public.
They tried suing someone for singing to herself because it constituted 'a live public performance'.

While each mix is required to have a primary game assigned to it, many are evenly split among sources from different games, where the "main" game is only a smidge more dominant.
We don't have plans for what you're describing, to answer the question, but we HAVE considered subfolders for the main collection torrents to break things down either by alpha, or by year. We can add this as an option to evaluate, but it would be a little trickier.
Another option would be programmatically generating playlists for each game, and/or each artist, and storing those in a separate subfolder in the torrents.
You can see where I'm trying to go though, right? Something with a bit more more organization to it. As it is now, it's basically "Here's every song we have; figure out what you want for yourself."
-
Would there be any sort of plan in future to create a secondary torrent that would break up the songs into their specific games, as it is here? That way, instead of having to pick through the better part of four thousand songs for the ones someone wants, they can just click a sub-folder for 'Secret of Mana' or whatever they're looking for.

"This video has been removed for violating Youtube's terms of service."
Wow; that was fast.

You are a very silly person and I think I like you.

Actually, it's quite simple to tell the difference - Coke has much stronger carbonation.

Which add-on, just so we know?
Also:
Just FYI, that's really Windows 8 you're describing...
Windows 10 is more like "Hey, we went WAY too far with that touchscreen stuff... let's dial it back a bit, create an OS that's actually pretty solid, but make sure to introduce a bunch of new privacy concerns that most people won't bother objecting to..." - most of which can be disabled, but point being, it's a pretty solid desktop experience now that doesn't try and cram touchscreen down your throat anymore.
Still, makes a guy wish there were more than effectively one OS to work with.
The culprit is called 'Cache Killer.'

I did initially have a case where Firefox + Win7 wasn't working for some reason, but when I loaded another ReMix page, the orange buttons started working from that point on (including on the page where it initially didn't work). So there could be something up, but I'm not able to replicate it. Would love for other users to also try this and report back.
I had a cache cleaner add-on, that was causing the problem.
Hey, I can admit my mistakes.

Chrome and Windows 7. You couldn't pay me enough to use 10 - It's like someone said to themselves: 'Hey, this touchscreen stuff kicks ass. I bet it'd make a nice OS for something that isn't.'
I can mouse over them, but if I want to actually listen, I have to use the YouTube play button, which defeats the purpose..
