  1. In the near cyberpunk future, where people simply could not do without daily immersion in cyberspace, began to appear possessed by “digital ghosts” users who completely lost control over their minds. No one knows exactly what these ghosts are and where they came from on the Net, except that these are really echoes of the memories of once dead people who are trying to complete what they did not manage to do during their lifetime, either to take revenge, or to create complete chaos without any or reasons. When the problem began to become widespread and threatening to public safety, the “Ghost Patrol” was formed - a squad consisting equally of professional fighters and netrunners and “digital exorcists". Their main goal is the safety of ordinary citizens.
This is story that was born in my head under the influence of games like Shin Megami Tensei and Cyberpunk 2077, as well as the GITS anime and much more from the late 80s and early 90s 😎. Some kind of visualization or story appears in the head of every musician when he composes a new piece (I guarantee it!), but I am not a writer or an artist, so I have no way of materializing all this except in music. Well, I thought - why not write a song about this story? No sooner said than done! 🙃I was more than satisfied with the result! 🤘
Available on Spotify, Apple Music and any other music streaming service you like. And of course - Bandcamp! 🙃
Thanks and have a nice day!

  2. Hi there! Once again I made a dnb-rock-styled track, but this time with the ORIGINAL melody, lyrics and (of course!) my own vocals 🤟. I was inspired to write the song by the story of "Green Boots" and the plot of the "Celeste" game. Each of us has a mountain that we want to conquer, and it often happens that when we get to the top of this mountain, we realize that this is not the limit and that there are higher peaks that we have not yet been to. The song is about that 😎. Available on Spotify, Apple Music and any other music streaming service you like. And of course - Bandcamp! 🙃
Thanks and have a nice day!

  3. Today, May 5, a wonderful and talented person was born many years ago - ME! 🥳 🎉And to celebrate this event, I decided to do something that I have never tried in my life - I decided to make a COVER SONG where I participate both as a MUSICIAN and as a VOCALIST! And the Motörhead song "Ace of Spades" was chosen for obvious reasons :)
Hope you enjoy it! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ME! 🥳🎉🎂

Yeeey! Now I can write in my profile that I am a vocalist! 🤘🏻🤪

  4. It's a really good remix, very soft and nice bassline that mixed well with the bass drum, great pads, and the samples from the game are generally perfect. The mix ruins a HORRIBLE (yes, HORRIBLE - I can't sweeten a pill like the OCR guys) snare drum! What we have here: a nice dance rhythm with a stright 4 kicks at the very beginning, but the incoming snare drum destroys this rhythm, as it lacks attack and any low frequencies. It sounds like you playing hihat instead of snare drum. My advice is to replace this snare or play it along with the kick so you don't break the rhythm. Like this:

    K---K---K---K

Really want to listen finished result. Good luck!

The mixing from my end seems fine. I think the the low end is a bit emptier than I'd like? Something about it really feels like it was held back in the name of it not overwhelming the soundfield and causing clipping. Which I 100% get. I think though it could have been a notch or two higher and really gave that low end hit without sacrificing the rest of the mix. I don't know how to EQ that well though so its beyond me on the how.

    edit: oops, pressed submit early.

As far as the actual song goes though, I really love the chord progression and feel of it. I'm unfamiliar with the source so I am unable to judge it against the original but I liked jamming to this. You have a good sense on when to let us go from one section and push us to another before it gets monotonous. Even within the sections you add elements well enough to keep it fresh inside.  At around 4:30 you take it to another level of aggression by going more dubstep with a mini drop. I liked that and maybe I wanted more of it throughout? That's personal preference though. Anyway, this was so cool and I enjoyed listening from beginning to end even though I didn't know the original. In fact, I took two listens :)

Thanks for such a detailed feedback! I hope I understood everything correctly (sorry for my English). Concerning the held of low frequencies - it is quite possible, since mastering and mixing are not my strong point... When mixing, I try to focus on the clarity, rather than the volume of the mix. What's more, the mixing this time was pretty damn difficult for me because of the flanger guitar part, which is full of noises literally everywhere. But - I'm learning and maybe someday I can mix better :)

About wanted more - ha! I wanted more too! :) I wanted to add a part with a distorted guitar power chords and a solo and I even tried, but... As I said, adding anything else to this mix without damaging the main melody was an impossible task for me... :( So I decided to stop on what is.

And about the original track - here it is:

  6. In November 2021, the fifth game in the "Shin Megami Tensei" series was released on the Nintendo Switch. I am a big fan of this series, so I could not pass by this wonderful game and its great soundtrack!
A DnB remix of Shinagawa theme, where I tried to recreate the original instruments and atmosphere - and to be honest, it wasn't easy. I hope you appreciate it.
And if you haven't played this game yet, I highly recommend it. I've beaten this game three times already :)

  7. Hi guys! Are there any "Music 2000" fans here? Of course, lol :)
Like many other musicians, I started my career with Playstation and "Music 2000" software. Years later, when I completely and irrevocably switched to FL Studio, I had an idea - why not extract samples from "Music 2000" and use them in my favorite DAW? And I did it!
After that I had an even crazier idea - why not recreate the OST from "Music 2000" in FL Studio? It was not easy, but thanks to it I was able to fully appreciate the talent of the creators of this music software for PS1 and ESPECIALLY how they overcame the technical limitations!

Wow. This was so surprising, in the best way!

Tons of detail, loud yet clean production, epic guitar and vocals - it's like DnB/Glam-rock fusion and it had me grinning from ear-to-ear the whole time.

Good luck with the judges' panel, I'm sure you'll have a great chance of getting this featured on the front page!

Thank you very much for such nice words! We also hope for a positive decision of the judges! Only pity thing is the song will not leave the OC Remix inbox soon... :)
