will just add this one too
I use to play it on the metropolis zones in Sonic 2
at 2:25 it seemed to go well with the level
I don't think it's similar to Metropolis Zone theme though.
The organ in The Band's Chest Fever reminds me of that theme...

Let's just say that there are plans for the ending that haven't been fully implemented yet...

Arecibo Radio - Arecibo Chat Room - Show Archive on KNGI.org - Podcast Feed - Facebook page
I host a weekly radio show on Arecibo Radio featuring indie / post rock, VGM, chiptunes, and god knows what else. It's scheduled Saturday at 5:00 PM Eastern, but if you can't listen live the past broadcasts are archived on the Arecibo site and on KNGI.org.
I take requests from the Arecibo chat room, so if you have anything you want played, just ask!

Another Arecibo host from OCR? Nice!
*high five*
I'll do my best to catch the show!
-
How does that saying go? Don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch, or something like that...I hate to bring it up even further, but every time I create a thread here on OCR (or in this case, one is created for me), I always get a comment that isn't cool, and it's never from the same person either. -
you know, my dad is Steve Perry...
Seriously?
I was gonna say something along the lines of 'seen that video before', but this performance incorporated some newer songs that were not in the

Just did a quick test with a tone generator in Audition using 'comfortable listening' volume levels. Drops out at 17.7kHz in my left, 18.6kHz in my right. Tested with two sets of headphones and laptop speakers, same results. I'm 22.
...does it make a difference if I spent 2-3 (non-consecutive) hours at various clubs last night?
On a side note, I'm considering buying a few pairs of the ear plugs mentioned on the site. I've tried wearing earplugs at concerts before, but they've always altered the sound significantly. An earplug that just reduces the sound levels without muffling the sound seems like a worthwhile investment.

I'mma keep bumping this whenever I hear a good chiptune release.
Two doozies for you this time:
Animal Style - 8BP106 - TRENCHVENT (sega genesis YM2612 + yamaha DX-100 keyboard)
Norrin_Radd - ii40 - Anomaly (very long awaited album. NES death metal / prog rock)
-
I knew the name Chris J. Hampton looked familiar when I saw the thread in WIP:Originals, but never quite placed it... apparently he had a few ocremixes posted back in 2000.
Also:
Just wanted to say that this is one of my favorite chiptune-related releases ever.More people need to check this album out.

; the arrangement is very similar to'.

Well that's like the fact that you never see Children of the Monkey Machine on the forums
