  1. Due to the recent "flux" (or "influx" or however you want to put it) of newer people (I prefer to use the politically correct term for "newbies" ) I am helping to preserve this thread/sticky by posting.
  2. When posting a reply, move your mouse cursor over the "URL" button and instructions will appear in the bar above the response/typing window...
  3. ok, have a quick question, don't hate me if it's a simple one it's going on 4 in the am here and I'm tired... Recently I've been dabbling in page/script editing (mainly javascript editing) for my website...I was wondering if it's possible to turn this page into a sig. Currently, it's in html format and isn't really a picture, it's just part of the script. How can I turn it into an animated Gif? Oh, I'm kind of stupid in case you hadn't noticed, so if anyone should be kind enough to reply with an answer, please put it in simple, easy-to-understand instructions for me...thanks
  4. Ok, I haven't looked through all the pages so I don't know if this has been asked (or mentioned by others) before, but I'm curious. SH1 was absolutely awesome as far as scare tactics go. It was very creepy and eerie, and the first time I played it was with the lights off...so my question is, what other kinds of games would you recommend that go along the same sort of lines as this game? Keep in mind though these two criteria: 1.) I'm looking for games for the PSone, or N64 if there are any... 2.) I'm talking games that have good gameplay and can be enjoyed the same way as SH1 (in a dark room). Thank you for tolerating me if this has been asked before...
  5. Very nice, very nice indeed. I love the transition between the different songs...and the steel drums? Excellent. If I had a rating system of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I'd give it an 8! (Hey, there's ALWAYS room for improvement, but it's still really great!)
  6. Hey, where did my post go? no...seriously though, I agree. I will admit I'm fairly new at this myself (as you can no doubt tell by my "post count") and yet I agree whole-heartedly with GL. I, myself, am guilty of this (redundant posting) and I apologize because as GL put it himself, I was lazy. But I have gotten better at this by checking first before I post. I am just glad he said it first and made it a topic. He has said what I'm sure a lot of you/us have been thinking (and trying to tell others). Thank you!
  7. I have only one word to describe this piece...-whoa-...I mean, honestly, you can tell this had a lot of feeling put into it. I am not much into classical (although I am known to listen to it from time to time) but this piece would probably even move a rock -n- roll die hard fan (considering if "he/she" was a FF fan mind you) to emotion... Awesome job, Russell!
  8. Well, I love SMRPG, so I'm obviously biased in saying that I really enjoyed this piece. I would really enjoy seeing/hearing more mixes come from this game, as it has some really good pieces in it...
