Lunahorum Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 After some 15 minutes of searching hammersound, sf2midi, kvraudio, and google, I am having trouble finding a good applause sound effect. The track I am working on is sort of a metal/rock track and it starts off with the keyboards playing the classic riff. Then the audience swells into a shouting applause and the guitars/drums/bass take off with it. Tanks Quote

statas Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 computer music magazine (uk) issue 124 (april) had a long article on how to make "fake" live music, with a long tutorial on how to make realistic applause effects. Quote
Zephyr Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Speaking of CM magazine, anyone know how to get an edition of it in Canada other than buying a subscription? Quote
Legion303 Posted May 25, 2008 Posted May 25, 2008 Speaking of Computer Music, did any other US subscribers get fucked out of issue 123 (March) and now the US distributor won't return their emails? Because that's happening to me too. Apologies for the thread hijack. Please land this thread in Lebanon. -steve Quote
