Fishy
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Odyssey_%28Incubus%29 I'm pretty sure that this was written specifically for Halo 2, would that mean that it is fair game for a remix? Theres no absolute confirmation that it wasn't an inspired-by song that was later picked up by the game that I can find, so its a little bit in the grey :/. I'd only be interested in the first movement, which was definately in the game, when you're chasing the heretic around in the flying things. Liontamer
Well, if it's all created specifically for the Halo series and used in-game, then sure. But yeah, we're gonna need more smoking-gun evidence as to the nature of the song's creation.
zircon
It's very unclear. Here are some of the facts: * On the Incubus WP page, it is written that The Odyssey was "left off" the band's 2004 album, "A Crow Left of Murder..." However, this info does not appear on either the Crow WP page or the Odyssey page. * The Odyssey didn't appear on any other Incubus album, though it ended up on a DVD later. It's only available in audio form on the Halo 2 soundtrack. * There is no information on when the actual song was written. * The band says the song was "inspired by" Halo. Fishy
I don't think theres any hard proof tbh. Never mind. Still, tetris got away with the ocr equivalent of murder .
