The only question in my mind is if the choir samples are in tune/in time. Sometimes they are, sometimes I'm not sure. Uuuuuuhhh...

Oh what the hell.

EDIT: I was gonna say yes, but then the ending just cut off like that. What the hell was that?

Intro vocals are totally off key/out of sync.

This minimalistic techno is pretty much just a carry for the vocals which I'm pretty sure are from the game. There isnt much sequencing here. Theres a lot of stuff that doesnt work, vocal harmonies and such. They dont fit in with the melody of the song.

cut off ending, cmon. I'm guessing that was a mistake.

Vocals are taken verbatim from the game and slapped onto basic techno. I say "slapped onto" because the two don't meld together in any cohesive manner; they just don't match. You could take the underlying muzak and stick it with just about any song, since it doesn't sound like it was made with the original in mind. The techno tune itself is rather droll and the sequencing is uninspired. And cut-off endings are a no-no.

Listen to BigShellWestBristol to see how to make this kind of mixing work: vocals spliced and synchronized to stylistic beats that fit the original.

wow, X2CD Converter can make game remixes?

seriously, this is a good idea, chamber choir synthpop. It just falls short in the implementation. The vocal samples and substractive synthesis sounds don't quite fit together. And some sections sound very thin. ending?!
