Halt
I do not have a reg'd FL Studio, i have the demo and my MIDI Keyboard. been playing it around. Theres somethings I wanted to know, and YES. I did research. My questions were still unanswered. Like the Piano Roll. i record beats on them with my Keyboard. Must I use a mouse? Because then i cant record PowerChords. =/ Another thing. Some good tips on making a decent pattern beat. I find it terribly hard using my mouse in the piano roll, is there ANY way possible to use my MIDI controller? I could address more problems but i wont XD
zircon
If you have a keyboard, you don't need the mouse to input notes. You can just record whatever it is you're playing. Then, you can use the mouse afterwards, with quantization, to clean up your playing.

Unless I can record with that too?
Zephyr
*sigh* What did you think a MIDI controller did!? You record the notes that you play into patterns! Press the big Dot button on the Trasport bar, now press play, now hit a bunch of notes, hit stop. Voila!

Lunahorum
Don't worry about it. The guy above sighing at your question said this not too long ago - I have an axiom 61, how do I use aftertouch, what does it do, and how do I set it up? I checked the manual but it was useless. Can anybody help me out here?
Zephyr
Very true. Hopefully you'll learn things quickly, but don't bother with aftertouch until much later.
