I'd like to hear someone's take on the Gym Leader battle theme from the third generation of the Pokemon games. Please reply if you wish to try remixing it or if you have a question.

As a side note, I have two remixing styles in mind: (1) A sad, piano-and-string-led version that implies a recent defeat, or (2) something in a style that you might expect from a well-scored movie with a climatic battle sequence.

I am not a musician, and beggars can't be choosers, but I thought those might help with ideas.

There's a Gym Battle theme remix on the Missingno Tracks album, and while it's mostly from the RBY games, it's the same theme, just tweaked and polished throughout the series.

Well, for what it's worth I do remember the gym leader themes being similar throughout the series...
