It takes what it has and repeats some 50 more times. It can easily make one go insane without any procautions. I could imagine this being used in quite an effective form of torture - tie someone down to a bed and repeat this in their ears for 3-4 hours. They'll tell you everything you want to know. For me the other main issue here is the mastering. The sounds are very sharp and grating. I think this needs at the very least EQ work as well. It's also very cluttered sounding. I suggest you work with mixing the various instruments, tracks and volume levels. Fun and fairly nice, if repetitive arrangement. Also the ending is a give up ending.
