djpretzel
Hello! This is my latest submission, entitled "Metroid MODulus". It is a ReMix of the opening theme to the original Metroid for the Nintendo Entertainment System. My ReMixer handle is Rellik (as opposed to my e-mail, which is Rellyk@cox.net). Thank you for your time. -Rellik
Protricity
This mix is kinda ... all over the place. It really could be more solid. Probably a no, but I'll listen to it more. EDIT: There are elements I like about this mix, but there are too many I do not. Its really all over with arrangement. Beat keeps stopping and starting. Needs to be more solid. Ending is weak. etc NO
analoq
this mix kinda reminds me of a black omen mix we received. it has lots of interesting ideas and variations. it's different. it shows effort. but it's lacking the finesse and connective tissue to make the ideas coherent. it's one of the difficult things you deal with as a musician, if you try to be different, you have to put a lot of effort into it to make it work. and this just isn't working for me, overall. no
Vig
this mix is a clusterfuck of ideas and sections, none of which are merged together particularly well. really there is no flow or unified theme or mood i could identify, and the mix's choppy nature makes it an unpleasant earful. it's okay to have new ideas, but no one will care if you cant make it enjoyable. Digital Coma
This goes places where no Metroid has gone before, and then it keeps going. More deviance than rearrangement makes for an entirely new song. Very little resemblance to the original theme overall. NO
