Toadofsky Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 In Mass Effect, I played as a male character. After I beat it, I played as a female character, for one reason, I liked the lady that does the female voice of shepard (she does a TON of voice work), and, to see how the dialogue could be a bit different... Ramaniscence Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 A lot of people around here know I've played WoW on and off for 2-3 years now. Over the past few years my priest has gone through a lot of changes. Quote
Igami Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I like to choose between style differences. It's kind of awkward to explain, or maybe I'm making it harder than it should be, but let me try to make sense of myself. In terms of character customization, I look at all the available options as if they had no gender assignment. i.e. "Oh, this hair style looks the coolest (for whatever reasons) and it's available to the _____ gender." Same applies to outfits, eyes, and animations. There are lots of other factors as well, but talking about them is a waste of time. Basically, I choose whatever catches my eye and roll gender as my last priority. Geez, that was an easy 1 sentence summary. Quote

OceansAndrew Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I generally split it down the middle, depending on what looks cooler. Quote
Ramaniscence Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 But the female UD animations are so much cooler <3 Now that all the steps have been taken, and the transformation is complete, I can say with 100% confidence that I don't at all regret my decision. It's really what I've always wanted. Quote
