Maco70 Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Link leads here: http://www.zune.net/en-US/support/webhelp/C00D11CD.htm?&webhelp_mpver=4.0.740.0&webhelp_id=C00D11CD&webhelp_contextid=0&webhelp_originalid=80004005&webhelp_locale=en-US Followed all instructions with no luck. I have the most recent version. I don't actually own the player either, I just use the software. Any suggestions? I am afraid to uninstall the software and reinstall risking losing any music. Quote
Maco70 Posted December 18, 2009 Author Posted December 18, 2009 I have now uninstalled and re-installed zune. The same error has persisted. Quote
Maco70 Posted January 4, 2010 Author Posted January 4, 2010 I just upgraded my computer which included reinstalling windows. Zune works fine now... Guess I'll never know what went wrong. Quote
OverCoat Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 I have the most recent version. I don't actually own the player either, I just use the software. So there are really people who just use the thing to play music? It still boggles my mind how microsoft didn't just change WMP a little bit for the zune instead of making this whole brand new faggot shit app. Quote
Maco70 Posted January 9, 2010 Author Posted January 9, 2010 App? Don't you mean software? And the software is great (even if a bit of a memory hog). My Windows was unraveling, I did a system repair and it works fine again. Then I got new parts anyway. Simply, this was a problem with my machine, not with the software. Quote
thomasfrank09 Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 This happened to me after I upgraded my CPU; I had to call zune support and have them link me to a DRM reset. It was weird. Quote
