Well this is embarrassing. My dad has no idea what's going on or how to fix it, and he was trying things I hadn't even heard of. This couldn't have had worse timing. Sorry guys.

Oh, it was tonight? If I'd know I would've installed it to see how well it runs for me (and also to epically suck at it lol).

Otherwise maybe we'll try again sometime (if this incident hasn't discredited my reputation too much), with someone else hosting... or at the very least, once I'm positive that it'll work.

I just tried it again, and it still isn't working. Admittedly, I'm running a not-legit copy of the game, but it's worked well enough to access a few other servers.

Edit: I'd still be up for it in the future -- sorry things didn't go our way tonight, Sinewav.

Thanks man. I'd really like to play with the OCR crowd sometime. I guess I'll try and keep the topic alive and maybe someone else can volunteer to head up the game time (the whole situation has me baffled... no idea what's going wrong.)

Or maybe if there's a small enough number of us, we could jump onto an existing dedicated server (it seems like there's quite a few empty or lightly trafficked ones that we could get away with it.)
