Kiro Dragoon
Mostly I am a n00b (looking for free stuff) with FL Studio and I want some good sounding Asian instruments, and game blips and bleeps... (think of the great tunes by HALC with an 8 bit feel to them) I already got the soundfonts from Zophar's site, but thats about the extent of what I could find... I dont know if there is already a spot with this info, if there is, I ether missed it or passed over it, and if this is the case.... link please? :3 Side note..... Does anyone work with Vocaloid2? I seem to be having a bit of dificulty getting it to sing in english.... <.<;
halc
as far as bleeps and bloops go, these should get you started http://tweakbench.com/peach http://tweakbench.com/triforce http://tweakbench.com/toad http://www.ymck.net/english/download/index.html btw, if you're not yet familiar with how to install and open vst's, here's a tutorial: http://flstudio.image-line.com/help/html/basics_externalplugins.htm
Chernabogue
If you're looking for Asian Instuments, try to open Directwave in FL Studio. In the download manager of this VST, you can download a few free instuments with it, including Asian instruments (4 if I remember correctly). EDIT : http://tweakbench.com/peach http://tweakbench.com/triforce http://tweakbench.com/toad http://www.ymck.net/english/download/index.html Thanks for the links, halc ! Arcana
I haven't tried it myself (OS issues) but DJ Mokram recommended this as a good Asian flute: http://www.kvraudio.com/get/1811.html
Dissidia
Not all Vocaloids (can) sing in english. I suggest you google the one you're using and see if it can.
