cyberseth Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 I was just listening to David Arkenstone's album "Celtic Chill Out" on Spotify and spotted this bizarre similarity. Listen to the track here on Spotify from 01:08... http://open.spotify.com/track/1cqz6Wzmr3d38xcH9WXU4z And then the Heroes Of Might & Magic IV soundtrack from 05:38... http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=I-gnjMemqdE Is it a blatant copy? Same author? Or did they just both use the same sample library? Quote

DanTheGeekyMan Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 (edited) Funny. I am replying to this topic 13 years later after the original question was raised. However for anyone still wondering, one of the HOMM4 soundtracks introduces David Arkenstone's ex wife, Diane Arkenstone singing with her distinctive angel like voice, hence the similarity you've spotted. So yes, that was them, it's not a blatant copy. You've found the original author. Edited March 9, 2023 by DanTheGeekyMan Eino Keskitalo 1 Quote
