AeroZ Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Do you think this could work as a submission to OCR? Quote
Monobrow Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I dunno, but I think it's awesome and I love the video Quote
Gario Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 Is it an awesome video and great little technique you've got going, there? Yes. No doubt, it's great. I've seen this sort of thing done by a collegue of mine a while back before (with sax), and it was neat then, too . Will it make it on OCR? Perhaps, but the J's are probably not going to take the sophisticated performance technique into account - only the sound will matter. Fortunately, the sound is pretty tight, too, so it has a good chance of getting on there. Quote
halc Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 yes! this is so freakin' awesome. i see no reason not to give it a shot with the judges. Quote
luhny Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Go for it, this kicks some major a$$ if I dare say it. Quote
Kennedy Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Nice job! Very well done considering there is no mixing afterwards. I'd go ahead and send that baby in! I was just sitting down to work on the Narshe piece myself, and then heard this. ...Made for a good jam session on my Shakuhachi^_^ Thanks for that! If you're looking for advice, my only suggestion for making it better is multi-tracking it so you can have more control in the mixdown of individual parts. ...but as it is now, it's still quite good. Well done for a live mix ^__^ Quote
