Z3ta+ 2 - anybody excited?

I just got the newsletter with the z3ta 2 announcement and, well, it looks nice, but - it's not that exciting or what do you think?

And sorry if I'm the last one knowing of this, but I just read and thought I'd like to know your opinions here.

Looks like legitimate improvement over the original in terms of features, the design looks pretty(and a little reminiscent of Massive) and overall it seems like it's Z3TA+ improved. I use Z3TA+ a lot myself, so I'm looking forward to this! I will echo the "not that exciting", Z3TA+ already is a very full featured synth, so this seems more like a refinement upgrade than an innovative upgrade. Still, that's never too bad.

I'm pumped, Z3ta+ was the shit in its heyday, really digital sounding but in such a way that it was ideal for some sounds.

I am not too big a man to admit I nearly shit myself reading this. z3ta continues to be one of my all-favorite, all-useful VSTs that compromises about 50% of my music career and I can't BELIEVE its getting a sequel. Wow.

Also as for my oppinion. Z3ta+ is nice. and I look forward to 2. The upgrade price is very nice as well

I'm pretty excited. I picked up Z3ta+ when it was on sale for like $20 a few months ago, and haven't only just recently started to get into it. This looks like a nice upgrade for the original; looks a bit more user-friendly, which makes it worthwhile in my book.

Yeah, I bought z3ta for 20€, too and still only looked through most presets and made simple sounds with it, so the better UI would of course be welcome, but 50$... I don't know, I'll probably wait for z3ta 2 to become cheaper if I'm buying it at all. An old UI is a bad excuse for still not learning how to master the old version
