megabeep Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 I have a new site that provides news, reviews and interviews with the best artists doing progressive chipmusic today. Danimal Cannon is a talented composer, an active member of the VGM community, and an OC remixer. I just posted a review for his upcoming record, Roots: megabeep.wordpress.com Quote
fanatic4k Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 Just visit your blog, it looks great megabeep Quote
megabeep Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 Thanks Fanatic! I've been really pleased at the warm welcome the game music community have given my blog. Just getting started, so stay tuned! Quote
megabeep Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 Question: is it considered spam if I create a new thread for every new chip music album review at my blog? I'm here to discuss, not just advertise and these could potentially be separate active conversations. On the other hand I don't wanna be seen as spamming. Thoughts? Quote
Meteo Xavier Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 I'd recommend just keeping it to this topic personally. You don't need to generate new discussions in new topics. It'd be better to build a good strong one here in this one. Quote
Obtuse Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Love the Blog. Loving this new DJ CUTMAN and Spamtron album. Great Zelda 2 remixes from awesome musicians. Quote
DarkeSword Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Question: is it considered spam if I create a new thread for every new chip music album review at my blog? Yeah you should keep it confined to this topic. Quote
megabeep Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 Thanks guys, you're right I'll keep the blog discussion within this thread. Is there perhaps a way to change the title when I have a new review? Sorry for the noob questions, long time chip musician, short time blogger. Obtuse: Thanks! Yea I was really impressed by the DJ Cutman/Spamtron, the bes thing for me was how much they respect the original tunes; they left the melodies and changes almost completely in tact, just amped it up with those huge beats. Really good stuff. Quote
MaxFrost Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 I believe the OP (aka you) can modify their subject line, which is the thread title. Quote
