I'm looking for someone who can compose music just like a certain composer on YouTube does, mainly like KingYakko on YouTube.

I have lots of cartoon related music requests, but KingYakko wouldn't reply to any of my messages. :/

Is there anyone out there who is a talented music composer? And if so, what do you use MIDI, Music Software or some kind of Reorchestrated Software?

Sure, there are plenty of people on here that could put out as good (or better) quality than you're suggesting (me included).

KingYakko is using General MIDI as his output. Most of us use some better quality samples to make our music sound as good as can be. What are you asking people to do, how much usic should be produced, is there any pay involved, etc.?

I'm more into cartoon music requests, mainly Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies, even into Carl Stalling/Milt Franklyn music projects.

What I'll be asking the people to do is compose instrumental/karaoke or even reditions of certain cartoon themes or production music from cartoons.

But I do have one question though... What do you mean by "how much music should be produced"?
