Your lead synths don't cut, they are a little too washy. I really love the arrangement, but the leads are buried, and the mix needs more meat and body. halc Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Gotta cosign on vig's vote, Im really liking the arrangement and there's some great build ups and drops, but the mixing needs polish. It's also a bit over compressed which might be causing some of the balance issues with the leads. ease up on the master a bit, clean up the unneeded EQ's on your individual sounds and make sure everything has its proper place in the mix. OceansAndrew Posted February 17, 2013 Share Posted February 17, 2013 +1 to the bro vote above; I think the arrangement has what it takes to make it, but the mixing needs some polish; i'd adjust some lead sound, or replace with something with a bit more bite.
