use an ass-load of CPU and/or RAM. is there anyway to get them to use less? I have 8 era instruments in one project as a result my computer gets really laggy(it's only 8 months old). I also only have 4GB RAM:banghead:

Did you try FL's auto-bridging on 64-bit plugins (that is, if you still use FL all that much)? I have 5 GB RAM and I'm running libraries relatively well.

In the preferences there are some RAM and streaming options you can mess with. It tells you how much RAM is being used as well. Idk, I've never had any issues running the libraries. I've read that Engine2 is less efficient than Kontakt, whatever that means.
