god, sequencing is hard. haven't done much of it in ages (literally), and i'm slooooow.

managed to sorta finish this one a good while after ear fatigue set in.

still gotta soften the drums a bit in the first half, and probly add some more textures here and there. simple piece, not that ecstatic about it, but it feels good to have rendered something. feedback appreciated!

You're not alone.

This is beautifully done. So mellow, so jazzy, very dynamic.

Two things I would have done:

I'd remove the section between 1:44-1:59. It seems unnecessary.

At some point I expected the drums to kinda take a backseat but keep the flow going. 4/4 Open Hat/crash/ride for several bars, no need for fills.

Wonderful tune all around though. Be happy you haven't lost your touch.

Skryp! THANK YOU for saying 'jazzy'!

that somehow randomly influenced me to start a really jazzy track. it's coming along really nice so far.

thanks for critique, glad u enjoy. i agree 1:44 is a bit out of place, i originally wanted to take the tune further into that direction, didnt work well tho. probably gonna keep it as it works as a transition bit.

thanks again. the muse can be so weird.

I love Lalu, that kind of music is good to hear at night, slow, percussive and a little dreamy at the same time, excellent job.

Bozo is cool as a typical jazzy music.
