theshaggyfreak Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 http://modularsamples.com This guy multi-sampled a bunch of classic (and some newer) synths and unloaded them to the public for free. He's even set them up in various sample player formats as well. While a lot of these synths are already done via VST, it may still appeal to some of you. Eino Keskitalo and thebitterroost 2 Quote
MindWanderer Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 Hm, so they're in formats for Logic, Kontakt, Ableton Live, and Reason. I know the free version of Kontakt can only play free samples for a limited time. Are any of the others compatible with any generic VST samplers? Quote
thebitterroost Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 This is an awesome find, thanks man! Already grabbed the Minitaur and the Roland JXs, looking forward to trying them out. Quote

You'd have to download the samples yourself and use whatever sample player you can load them into. You'll have to build a custom patch but at least you have access to the individual samples. Quote
