If any valve officials have a problem with this, I will not release the music. You can contact me if you want the music for your remixing. Quote

OverCoat Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 You're both half right, I guess. Without the deep textures and filters, there really wouldn't be much there. Yes there are indeed notes, but the melodies are so incredibly simple that there's almost nothing to build off of. Most of the soundtrack for HL2 is a few notes repeating over and over again, with [good] processing/filtering/effects for progression. Quote
