I absolutely loved this remix. When I first heard it I wasn't so sure, but that's partly because I didn't really like Terra's Theme in FF6 that much on its own anyway. I was actually sent this remix ages ago by a friend and I decided to listen to it a couple of times, and it really did grow on me. The guitar playing is amazing, I don't think anyone can doubt that. I thought the intro was great too, as was the improvised section at about 2:40... the whole thing was just amazing.

Of the three FFX remixes on the site, I'd have to say this is my favourite. I actually found myself humming along to this one after a while, and I thought it was a good idea to change the melody slightly from the original in the game (with the length of some of the notes I mean, because the notes played are still the same). The whole thing flows well and everything seems to fit together, and I've listened to this one quite a few times already. I like.

To be honest, when I first downloaded this, I only listened to the first 30 seconds or so and I didn't really like it that much. But after I downloaded a couple of other remixes I decided I'd go back to this and listen to the whole thing and actually give it a chance. I think it's that I didn't actually pick up on the Black Mage Village music being in the first part the first time I listened that I didn't really get the title.. but when I listened more carefully I could hear it in there, and my opinion totally changed. BMV was one of my favourite tracks in FF9, and the more I listen to this remix, the more I appreciate and like it. Nice one.

I liked this one a lot. Had a great intro to it, and great beat all the way through, and the main melody kicks in partway through, the whole thing was great. I'd say I prefer this to the original even.
