yeah, I can get it to work when I'm at home but at work, there are no Pokemon following anyone and it doesn't work for me either. I don't know what the deal is. EDIT: Ah! You need a Heart Gold/Soul Silver rom in the roms folder.

That's the server. It automatically assigns you to a channel when you log in. You can change it from the menu. Right now I'm on channel 2.

Some dude was giving away level 17 Meowths. I don't know how he got so many level 17 Meowths but I got me one. We should pick a channel to hang out in so we're not all scattered. Also, you can drag and drop your pokemon from the party window on the right side to the main screen to have it follow you around.

Judging by the trailer, it seems they've taken out quite a few features. Such as the Pokemon following you and Nicknames. EDIT: Scratch that. There's someone walking around with a Horsea right now and to nickname your Pokemon, you have to do it from the Pokemon status screen

...wait, are you implying that electronic elements being implemented in a work make it less "inventive"? EDIT: I'm just confused because a lot of his recent work (and probably previous work as well) uses what you're asking for as well as electronic sounds and I don't see them as any less inventive than a pure orchestral work. I just see a request for that specific instrumentation and then rephrasing as his "inventive works" kind of shallow.

I would argue this point and tell you why it's one of my favorites in the series and why the soundtrack IS my favorite in the series but we can talk about that somewhere else where it won't derail the thread That's the one I have yet to get.

inFamous 1 and 2 and Assassin's Creed II. Would have the one for ACII: Brotherhood but I didn't enjoy the online multiplayer enough. I'm ~90% on both FFXIII and FFXIII-2. Who knows if I'll ever finish them.

As far as the criticism goes, you've gotta accept that there are always people that are better than you and know more than you. You should listen to those people and learn from them when they criticize your music. If you're getting heavy criticism from this community, there's a reason for it. The people here know what they're talking about and won't slam you for no reason. Even if people don't know anything about music, it means quite a bit when an average listener says something doesn't sound good. Strive to get better using the criticism given as opposed to dismissing it as negative feedback. For your ultimate question, I'm going to have to reciprocate everyone else's sentiments. It appears as if you're asking us if we WANT you to remix and that should never be the grounds for which you do anything. Judging by the amount of music on your bandcamp page linked in your sig (which for some mysterious reason goes through a broken ad.fly link...) you're pretty passionate about what you do. Or am I wrong and was all of that written because other people wanted you to write it? tl;dr - What everyone else said. If you want to, do it. If you don't, our opinions are irrelevant.

Holy shit, DDRKirby. You managed to emulate chip sounds with 3xosc. I tried to do that but nothing I did came anywhere close. This entry is OCR quality and it's using only what FL gives you. I commend you, sir, for this godly work of art. In other news, how 'bout that 'leven layer bass? Right on the moneys.

Okay, so...I thought I had two more hours than I did because I converted time zones backwards. Super fail. So instead of the complete work I thought I had time for, I ended up having to slap an ending on and submit it.

Blast shards in inFamous, flags in Assassin's Creed, feathers in Assassin's Creed II... Basically anything that requires scouring a massive map for tons of obscure things.

I mean you can do what SliceX does without using SliceX. It just makes it faster. So nothing in the mp3 will sound much different, if at all, whether you use it or not. On an unrelated note, no FL Chan?
