It seems the whole Eeveelution promotion just got a slap to the face, because now Japanese players can pick up a normal Eevee in Dream World and breed them all. Hurray for more useless shit that wastes our time.

I am pretty sure that Totodile can't be found in the current released DW Pokes. You'll have to wait until they (GameFreak) decides when to release it. If you go play the mini-games for the whole hour, you can accumulate about 500 easily per day. I'm already over 1000 after 3 days. It gets repetitive doing the games, but you pick up how to ease through them quickly enough just for the points.
