Seeing as how I was driven to compose by legendary composer Uematsu. I tried to combine his style with my own to create this mix. I had a lot of fun with this project. This was one of the few tracks that I made where the ideas just came one after another. I hope you guys enjoy!

I will have to look into this! Thanks so much Zircon and Uematsu are my biggest inspirations so hopefully in 3 years time i can come close to their level

Man this is a beautiful piece. I think you really did a great job at using your instruments to create that aquatic feel. Part of me feels like I would be in a cave but I can also imagine walking on the ocean floors. I think your piano work really helped deliver that message. Great work!

Thanks so much Timaeus I actually took your advice on the reverb and I noticed the intro improved dramatically. It just made it sound a lot less dry thanks for that. I can also see how a different variation on the ending could be a good idea. I will get to that eventually. As for dblue glitch I never heard of that. I used gross beat to get the chopping sound on the drums, but I will look into it. And that sudden transition is a bit rough now that everyone points it out. It kinda came out of nowhere. I think I will try the resonant sweep idea. Thanks for the critical analysis

Thanks frahma! I can see what you mean about the transition being sudden. I could have led into that much better. I don't think I want to scap this project just yet. the feedback i've received so far is pointing me in the right direction . And I really want to elevate my skill

Hey guys I am a big fan of this site but this is really the first time I am joining the community. I know I have a lot to learn, but if anything I am looking forward to learning from all of you sound scientists. I know this remix was done to death,but I had to give it shot. I wanted to try and capture the twisted mindset of jenova and sephiroth in this mix. I hope I came close. I always love feedback.
