Here's a jazz remix of the the Wily Stages 3/4 from Mega Man 3. I originally made this for the DoD Contest last month and it actually received some good feedback, so i thought why not submit it to OCR

Well to my ears the harmonies sound pretty decent. I agree that there are some little timing issues here and there, i'll try to work on that but i would say it's not really a problem. As for the performance; I'll be honest, i actually played it all on my D-Piano but used editing and splicing, so it wasn't really a live performance.

I'm actually not a Castlevania fan, but it was one of those games that i used to play back in the day.
And also the music works well for jazzy remixes.

. All i can offer for now is a VERY bad hand scrawled sheet of the intro and the first A B and C. I didn't write down the other chords and stuff. -
Ah, Zelda's lullaby, one of my favorite O.o.T songs.
Well honestly, i would say this needs quite a bit of work, for my taste there are too many mistakes and wrong chords. I liked the calm intro although i'm not a fan of the bluesy grace notes you put in there.
Source usage seems fine, it's used almost throughout.
I think the arrangement could be improved too it's kinda lacking direction imo, but you said it was an improv. so you probably didn't focus too much on arranging i guess.
What happens from 1:20 - 1:27? Sounds like a drummer wants to join

MOD REVIEW
Very nice, very nice. Nothing to say on the arrangement end of it, as it's very sexy and fun. Take me to jazz-town anyday of the week.
The organ is great, though I think it's a little piercing throughout. Might be the fact that I have headphones on and not listening out speakers, but they sort of hurt my ears from time to time. Perhaps put a little bit of high pass on them to help that out (not much, just to get those real highs to stop stabbing through).
Regardless of that nitpick I'd call this a pass. Very nice work you've got going here.

Bass line too much? For my tastes, it's one of the highlights in the song. I love this arrangement!

Added one more C section and an outro groove. I think the arrangement is near completion, just have to find a proper ending.
EDIT: Arrangement is finished! I added a short organ solo and an ending. I dunno, maybe the bassline at 3:20 is a bit too much, ha ha.
