I think those Hits are FL Studio samples lol.  The 'hammered' piano sounds like a Spectrasonics Atmosphere sample (which predates Omnisphere).  Hmm...no idea on the brass either.  It beats my brass soundfonts. 

Naah, I don't mind if this doesn't get submitted or anything. I just wanted to have some fun and make something to see if I could get the feel some of the original Gauntlet had. 
If anything, I wish I could figure out where they get some of their samples from and work from there. Some of these things I've been able to find. Like, they used the base computer soundfonts for layers on a lot of stuff. But, other things, like their brass and strings, no idea.
 

God, I've never played or really listened to Secret of Mana. But, I know quality when I hear it. Really good job!

Self-employment income is moderately complicated, but not horrible.  And professional tax preparers are absurdly expensive.  The middle tiers of TurboTax and H&R Block software have been perfectly adequate in my experience.  (Unfortunately, the basic versions don't handle self-employment income.)
