  1. Or "The Magnificent 8 Ride!" Some of my favorite south-western, old-west, and spaghetti-western themed remixes.
  2. I really wanted to make Squitter's Dream work with this list, but I also really didn't want to bump any of the other tracks off of it ๐Ÿ˜–
  3. On Earth Day, I had a suggestion for another "Let's Playlist" with a link to Dream of Green as the theme, thinking there could be a playlist about trees, Mother Earth, or anything related to green, living things. Well I decided to use "Dream of Green" as an inspiration for an 8Track, which didn't turn out to be Earth Day related, but something a bit more specific instead.

    Nightmare Fuel

Another great idea for an 8Track! A couple more of my favorites with "nightmare" in the title are A Nightmare Before Kefka and Sleeping Beauty Makes a Horrible Nightmare.

    7Track

Great idea for an 8Track! Many of these still get a fair amount of play in my mp3 library, and all of the tracks off of "Seven Songs for Seventh Saga" are beautiful.

    Surf's Up!

Hang 8? I know a couple of these aren't exactly surfing related, but they sound related to my ear. Like, I know "Final Ride" is from a racing game, but those ocean sounds and that chill guitar still makes me think of catching one last wave before heading in to grab a beer and some fish tacos at the end of the day. (It also has been one of my favorite remixes of all time, ever since I got it in the bonus pack for supporting the Balance & Ruin kickstarter.)

    Food, Glorious Food

I still occasionally enjoy "Afternoon Tea with SnappleMan's Mom", but anytime is a good time for a "Ska Buffet". On the other hand, "happy breakfast" is such an ear worm, I just can't anymore ๐Ÿ˜‚

    Island Time

There are plenty of great island-style remixes on this site, but here are 8 of my favorites that I thought flowed well together.
  9. Nice pick with "Dawn of a New Day". You got at least 2 ReMixers-turned-pro in that 1 track! edit: Well, XPRTNovice is a pro voice-actor, at least ๐Ÿค”
  10. Set your sails for adventure! This 8Track title is a reference to track 2-06 on the Final Fantasy: Random Encounter album.
  11. Some of my all-time favorites, right here.

    Long and Strong

This is nearly 2 hours of music in only 8 tracks ๐Ÿคฏ
  13. What a neat idea for an 8Track. Another candidate could have been Horizons of Time (although DDRKirby(ISQ) is already represented), and maybe even Enchanted Esper (which seems to switch from 6/8 to 7/8).

    Ocho de Mayo

Grab a margarita, or a shot of tequila (or bacanora), or your ๐Ÿนof choice; sprinkle in some MES, maybe a dash of Chingon, and have a fiesta tonight!

    I need a vacation

My description for this 8Track is a nod to track 9 on the Heroes vs. Villains album.
  16. I suggested this theme for an upcoming "Let's Playlist" in the OCR Discord, so I may as well make an 8Track along the same lines; and if a theme like this does come up for another "Let's Playlist", maybe this 8Track can be a starting point for some inspiration. There are so many other great flying and airship tracks that could have been included, but being restricted to only 8, I had to distill it down to these, which are some of my absolute favorites.

    I need a vacation

Screw this, I need a vacation...
  18. Lovely solo piano from Jer Roque. Sometimes this remix gives me chillin-in-the-lounge vibes, but it's also uplifting and somewhat energetic in parts.
  19. Very chill, but still has nice momentum to it. This would make great BGM for work or study.
  20. I'm not familiar with the source, but this remix rocks. I love the build up, and resolve at the end.
  21. Madness is right! Pretty funky, but a fun remix.
  22. A really fun remix off a fun album. The Dracula samples make this a great addition to my Halloween dance playlists.
  23. I love all the remixes from this album, and this one gives me 1940's big band vibes. The huge brass really carries this mix.
  24. I love all the remixes from this album, and once this one gets going, it really swings!
