  3. Well...here's an alternative to the flare...but i don't quite like it.
  4. i know, but if i take it out the text becomes near invisible and if i change layer styles of the text to make it more visible i lose the textures. so it has to stay.

  8. actually my comment wasn't meant as reprimend against your critiques but rather just joshing about the fact that you are the most avid critiq related to cover art.

  10. well the real CD art is being done by GT and being as secretive as we have been on aspects regarding this project it's not really surprising that we haven't seen anything official yet.

  12. Ah but we do want to atract attention to the track boxes, anyways i did try that one but it doesn't work as well as this.
  13. i'm not in charge of track listings i'm just making optional cover art for the project...even though i really don't like the jumbling up of the level remixes... in any case i've added enough for it to be the complete back cover V.3 all ready for TO to lay down the words of criticism.
  14. cool, multi-choice website option...that both lowers my ego AND gives me the opportunity to use Claude's cover art, because it's damn sexy well i've been trying things for my back cover. preview is a lower quality to save some load time. i'll work out kinks later.
  15. yes. must've been the fact i was posting at 7 am, i like it like that, go on to the back cover.
  16. no red for the background takes away the feel of the rest of background, it needs to give the feel of doom but not overpower the rest of the scene...a bit vague i know but it's as close a tip as i can give right now...
  17. Doom Font = WIN! White background with screeching flesh wall texture = NO! really i think that looks dreadfull with the texture like that, but on game textures for large pieces it's hard to find a good one i know...i've got a good collection of them if you want some.
  18. Google it for the doom font, that's how i got mine i like the minimalist tone of your cover idea alot, good job maybe try a rock wall texture for the white?
  19. i am swamped, last week of school, then i've got maybe 10 days to end the back cover...i think i can pull it off...
  20. oh snap i almost forgot i was working on the back cover is that 2 cd thing (for those that want to burn cd's) still going to happen or can i just make one back cover for the whole shebang? Edit: IF i get time i'll make the promotion sigs aswell
