Well, I appreciate any feedback. So thanks. But I'd like to make one thing clear. This is in no way finished. It's more of me just settling on a sound, but still playing around with the piece. So, keep that in mind before you rush to judgement.

Holy crap. Generic trance... I hardly see where generic trance has a saxamaphone in it! Anyway, I feel what sadorf is saying about being hard to remix certain songs. Casino Night was really hard & I ended up just tweaking a few things & gating it to make my mix. Was ther a point to my post... hmm, no. The End.

Well, since you asked nicely, Sadorf you are a donkey hole . Oh, & if there is a S&K project, I'm in, we might even get this done in less than half a year. I actually think Projects are the future of VG remixing. Instead of remixing one song, remix the whole album... genius. Anyway, I'm in if it ever gets off the ground.

You know what would be cool. Something like the War of the Worlds movie poster. 'Cept instead of the earth we have what GT made in a demon palm against a black background as a front cover.

How about we find some public domain picture of a marine & shade it in really heavy. Heck, if someone knows some hardcore photoshop stuff, you could even place said marine in a Doom'ish background/foreground. It'd be badass. For a Front Cover. Then the chick on the back with some hidden stuff in some clouds or something.

You know, I was all man when Cynthia died in Silent Hill 4. I mean, crap. She died really hardcore. It was kinda messed up. Now on to my point. The heck's been going on the last 2+/- weeks. Been far too long with no updizzle.

Anyway, about that transition, I decided to stop working on it seeing as this new tracklist is in place. Though whomever I precede or follow I'd like to have some sort of transition with.

The bio/pic deadline passed a while ago. But I would think for you newer mixers the sooner the better. That's what I'd assume. Seeing as you guys started kinda late in the game.

I was just wondering about when can we expect the archive of all the songs? Seems like it's been weeks... I mean months since we heard anything about there being a deadline & such nonsense & what not et al.

Hey Myth, I was just wondering, what's the status on the new recruits so to speak. The deadline is coming fast, & I was just wondering.

Am I the only one that uses FX on my drums? Nskit mini has always worked great for me, just needs a little added spice is all.

Opinion time! I think Rise Of a Star sounds too cheesy & very unrefined. Sounds like some crappy movie about some chubby singer/skinny dance instructor going from humble beginnings to stardom. Plus Rise of the Star sounds like it can kick small donkey!

Yeah, I couldn't really get a good song going with the originals progression, so I kinda cut & tweaked what didn't work. Though if you listen closely, the beginning as well as the main bassline are almost note for note in the original song. Oh yeah, & thanks for the compliment. And I really enjoy analoqs piece (heads outta the gutter guys). It has a really NIN kinda sound. Freaking awesome sounding, not in your face but still close enough to make you feel little (again, heads outta the gutter).
