  1. It's been a while since I've made anything but here I am, back with something new from my brain. I love Undertale and its music so much that I decided to make a nice little medley with 3 of my favorite songs from the game which represent 3 of my favorite characters as well: Bonetrousle for Papyrus, Spear of Justice for Undyne, and Megalovania for Sans. I worked on this medley off and on for several months, tweaking parts here and there and adding other things. It originally started as an orchestral remix of just Bonetrousle but something told me to make it into a medley and here's the final product. Please enjoy and let me know what you think!
  2. Hey guys! I posted about this aaaaages ago, but now finally my anime-inspired soundtrack album is almost ready for release! Influenced by composers like Yoko Kanno, Joe Hisaishi, and Yasunori Mitsuda, the 44-minute album features live orchestra, three live choirs (including a Nigerian vocal ensemble and a Slavic women's chorus), vocal performances by Jillian Aversa (Pixietricks), Raj Ramayya (from Cowboy Bebop and Wolf's Rain), Brandon Bush (Harmony) and others, and instrumental performances by Sixto, Drumultima, JeffBall, AeroZ, Audiofidelity, Chuck Simpson (Finbeard), and many more! EDIT: Our kickstarter is now live!! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/rogetmusic/beyond-libra-an-anime-inspired-soundtrack
  3. hi, this is my first post here and I have been thinking a lot about posting this, since it isn't exactly a straightforward remix of Metroid2. I have always liked the music to the first 3 Metroid games the most, it was abstract, dark and fun. So I started working on my interpretation of how Metroid 2 might sound if it was a movie or maybe a 3d game in todays world. I have worked on this on and off for about 2 years and although it is nearing completion it's not yet entirely finished. To keep the music more in-line with the entire franchise I have added themes from other Metroid games where appropriate, while also adding some themes of my own. comments of whatever kind, be it even harsh criticism, is very welcome. i do hope tho, that you'll enjoy it https://soundcloud.com/mbfb/sets/metroid-2-return-of-samus
  4. I guess this count as a videogame song cause it's exclusive from the game. From yu yu hakusho final: makai saikyou retsuden (SNES) https://soundcloud.com/dinnick3rd/majin-yusuke-yu-yu-hakusho OST: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONgcExsp5c8 19:13 - 20:47 (There was another video with the song but It was low quality) This OST truly needs more love.
  5. When I livestreamed Shovel Knight a couple weeks ago, I had the main theme of the game stuck in my head. Because of that, I ended up working on an orchestra version of the theme and I feel it turned out rather well for what it was. I know many don't like repeats that much, but for this, I wanted to hold onto the illusion that you're currently playing a version of the game with this playing as the main theme. So instead of just ending if after 2 minutes, it will repeat once and then fade out. As always, feedback and thoughts are greatly appreciated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFnlffU4WXY
  6. Alright, so it's been a long time since I've been here on OC Remix but I thought now would be a good time to come back with some of my latest remixes to see what others think. Starting off this time is a orchestra medley of the battle themes from Final Fantasy 1-9 so I hope to hear your feedback and thoughts on this medley that I put a lot of work into. Please let me know any thoughts you guys have! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0hHvSRXESU
  7. Hey! Here is an orchestra arrangement from two themes of Alex Kidd, Swimming and a bit of Main Theme: https://soundcloud.com/bluelighter0085/a-kingdom-under-the-seamp3 Sometime peaceful, or using march band rhythm, or heroic… It was funny to explore these different atmospheres! The main theme appearing at 2'32 is adapted in a minor harmony and a lot slower tempo can be more difficult to identify. But the melody is well present. It was a good way to get something heroic, like a big boss theme. I think this mix is finished. But any comment to improve this is welcome
