In this ytmnd, they use some background music that sounds like its from a video game that I think that I may have played. I want to say its a side stroller beat em up like final fight or streets of rage but I cant find anything. Any one know?

Sounds like a simple chord progression to me. I can't place it with anything, though you're right, it does sound like it would be right at home in the background of a fighting game.

You might be right, I was going through streets of rage and it sound similar to just the beginning of one of the songs.
