Is it a pure Linux system, or do you have Windows available as a dual boot? With the Wine application, you can run Windows-based programs through Linux without having to switch over (FL Studio, for example). I've tested it out recently and it seemed to work fairly well, but I wouldn't know of any Linux compatible trackers other than that.

Renoise is the best tracker for Linux.

It'll run you about $70, which is a bad price for a tracker [which is usually free] but amazingly cheap when compared to the average DAW which has more or less the same functionality. And Renoise is really fun to use, especially if you're a FT2 vet.
