Jaybell Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 So for Computer Science we have this project wherein we have to make up at least five questions and interview somebody in the business about programming and stuff, and then present the answers in a power point presentation. Is there anybody over here who is a programmer who would be willing to be interviewed? If you're interested, tell me in the thread. I'll hit you up in PMs with the questions and some other details. BlackPhantom Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 I'm a programmer, but I'm not in the industry. At least, not right now. Still got several more CS classes before I can graduate. Quote
The Mutericator Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Sadly, I don't graduate until December. I would suggest doing an internship-style search in the area, or asking your family members if they work with any programmers that you might be able to call. Quote
42 Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 I like how this thread just attracted all the CS majors (myself included). Quote
Kanthos Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Programmer, in the industry full-time for 2.5 years plus 3 full years of co-op placements during undergrad, plus I've got a master's degree. Hit me up. Quote
Jaybell Posted April 1, 2009 Author Posted April 1, 2009 Hey, I just thought I'd mention somethign I kind of forgot: I need to provide the interviewee's contact information ( a business address to be specific I figure I'd mention this in case you weren't comfortable giving out stuff over the internet. If you're not cool with this, then let me know before I hit you up with the questions. Quote
m68030 Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Yet another professional coder here. If you still need more responses, I'm available. Quote
