Ferret Posted October 18, 2009 Share Posted October 18, 2009 Most of you don't know this but from time to time I delve into the activity of creating custom campaign maps for Starcraft and the Brood War expansion. Nothing fancy, just basic 1v1(v1), 2v2, 2v2c, all of them UMS maps... But since I rarely play the game myself anymore and I have a tendency to forget my battle.net name and password, I'm looking for people to test the maps out for me, suggest tweaks, alterations to the map layout, things like that. Depending on how many people show interest I'll see if my old geocities hosting still works and post the maps there for download. It'd be nice if we could include attachments in the threads but I think that would be a bad idea in the long term so you'll have to make do with what I've got. Ferret Posted October 19, 2009 Author Share Posted October 19, 2009 As a matter of fact they added multiplayer to starcraft after they'd finished doing voice acting and event scripting and making maps for thirty campaign missions so yeah, I wouldn't call Starcraft oriented towards competitive play.
