DragonAvenger
halc edit: we went with Super Smash Bros. as they game because we felt it was the game that really defined the source as a 'main theme' of Kirby and also fitting with the overall theme of the album, but if it's no good, you can just attribute it to Kirby Super Star instead, which was the first game in which the song appeared ('Run, Kirby, Run!') Insert Rupee (B. Briggs & halc) 'The Life and Death of Kirby' Super Smash Bros. Source: Dream Land ( )PROJECT MIX - Heroes & Villians halchth commentz: This remix is... decidedly different from our previous collaborations. Our goal was to choose a "definitive" Kirby theme, which are almost always happy and bouncy, and give it a darker more aggressive feel... considering the nature of the project, it seemed fitting to kind of evoke the sense that Kirby was saying "put up or shut up" or, you know, showing his darker and drug-addicted side. We're both really proud of the final product, and it should be noted that Ben was only able to write the ending and finish the remix with the aid of a dangerous amount of alcohol. Enjoy, bitches! ------------------------------
Liontamer
Nothing much to say but "awesomesauce" and "why is this on the panel?" As always from these two, lovin' it. It definitely retains Kirby's sonic palette while twisting & warping the original with delicious 9-bit spices. Almost as good as Popeye's spicy chicken. anosou
Why would you put "Super Smash Bros." as the game? You's dumbs. Good stuff, heard this before I saw it on the panel actually. Clever alterations, good production etc. etc. Not much to say. Where my DP at? YES
