Quick question about licencing

I've started to put together a webstream, and would like to play some OC Remix tracks in the background or possibly as intro music.

Are there any legal loops I would need to jump through in terms of licencing in order to be able to do that without risking a DMCA or equivalent, either from the creators or companies that made the games originally?

I realise it's an odd question, but I would rather ask than assume and step on someone's toes later...

Summary from the FAQ: as long as you do NOT make any profit AND you credit both OC ReMix and the artists for each track used, the answer is YES. If your video is monetized, being sold in any context, or you're generating revenue from ads, the answer is NO. In those instances we recommend getting individual permission from each artist.

Terms of Use here.

Can't say about the companies.
