Are there any legal loops I would need to jump through in terms of licencing in order to be able to do that without risking a DMCA or equivalent, either from the creators or companies that made the games originally? If your video is monetized, being sold in any context, or you're generating revenue from ads, the answer is NO. In those instances we recommend getting individual permission from each artist. Company would be non-profit, but would still be making money (That would be fed back into the company) So.. how does it work in this context?
