Furilas
I'm looking to do an arrangement of Ko Otani's "To the Ancient Land" for a choir I often work with, but I can't figure out what's being sung. The album's liner notes are pretty but unhelpful, and a fair bit of Googling around hasn't done me any good so far. I have a feeling the lyrics might be written in the game's created language, if that's at all helpful. Could anybody please point me in the right direction? Jakos
Probably they don't make sense, or is a mix of various languages like Ar Tonelico or constructed language. But in the song I just hear "aahs, eehs, iish, oohs and uuhs" and probably without making sense.
timaeus222
Sorry that I can't be of more help, but I have some very dry-sounding headphones, and I can't understand the vocals either from 1:12 and on. That's just a problem with how they're mixed. I think they're either nonsensical, latin, or african, based on the atmosphere, but oh well. AngelCityOutlaw
Yeah, I'm really not hearing any language real or invented there. It's just vowel sounds and stuff like that as far as I can tell.
MindWanderer
That being said, nothing says that the lyrics you go with have to be anything like the original in cases like this.
