not SPC, MP3. SPCs are lower quality and cannot play in most media players the link i put is an mp3 ver.

SPCs are a directly ripped from the original game and are not compressed like MP3s, so they are pretty much the ultimate quality. They play just fine with Winamp and Chipamp.

they don't play in winamp (or any media player) unless you have some special plugin, and PSPs won't play them at all.

Chipamp. It'll make any specialized system format play.
