I'm a software programmer, and temporary staff member for various businesses through a recruitment agency.
I spend a lot of my free time wasted on computer games, although put some use out of it and write reviews on numerous websites. The rest of my time is spend going over finance, playing keyboard and writing novels.
Hopefully sometime in the future I will have one of my own books out on store shelves to buy, or burn at book burning sessions...whichever you prefer. =D

As I'm only a temporary 'replacement' staff member, I only get work when I'm called so I tend to have areas of my life with probably a little too much free time...

I do play with producing music through FruityLoops, Reason 3.0 and Acid Pro & SoundForge; but I'm not great at digital music so I still need to work a bit in that field before making any 'real' remixes.
I probably have a stupid amount of instruments and recording equipment, for someone who doesn't really record or play too often. Though I am eventually planning to change that and record my own music...unlikely that I'll live up to that plan.

  1. Currently downloading the Torrent, well the MP3 versions... don't need the WAV files. It'll have an extra seed in 15 minutes. Anyway, while that downloads I'm listenin' to the tracks as well... or well I was until one track which I've played 3 times now; Jovette Rivera's The Crossroad (Cid's Theme), really like this one so I'm gonna keep playing it for a while until the album is downloaded. This is by far my favourite album to come out of the OC projects, that could be due to it being Final Fantasy and a combination of many of my favourite artists from the site, most likely is. Anyhow, love the album and look forward to more stuff. ...Also, great to see a new track Jovette. =)
  2. Amazing stuff! Beatdrop was the first remixer I ever listened to and is still one of my favourites, I'm gonna have to go hunt down the game now just to try dance to it. From the sounds of the song, it'll be one of the more difficult ones. =D Be great to see more games using your music, could easily picture some of it in these futuristic RTS games or some FPS ones.
  3. This song made my ears pop, and made me dizzy. Though that's probably just me being ill... Anyway, this is a fantastic industrial song. I think it's the best version of Devil's Lab so far.
  4. This song is both my favourite on this project but also my favourite song in this whole site now. I just love the music with the fantastic vocals, definitely a top song. Out of all of it I have to say the piano work keeps me listening the most, but it's all great. Thanks for another amazing song!
  5. I loved this sonf on the Dwelling of Duels and love it just as much now. It's a great display of guitar skill and it sounds just perfect. ^^ Instantly jumps to my top 5 songs from this site now it's on here.
  6. I love this station, it's so addictive and entertaining to listen to. Otakon sounded fun form the last episode, glad that you chose to show off The Ken Song, Da Black Market and The Dragon Song...and all the other songs of course. Really great choices to show off some of the great talent to new people. Wish I could of gone, maybe next time I can make it out of England to check it out. Anyway, thank you Zircon and pixietricks for all the great entertainment.
  7. Hmm, in my opinion the hardest boss I have ever seen is either Kolvar or The Elite Guard. Both creatures from the game Myth of Soma, they were so hard that it took about 10 or more people at level 80+ to fight them. lol, I miss playing that game but the private servers are so boring and the original is dead...
  8. As usual Zircon does another great mix, I used ot love playing EC but for some reason suddenly stopped. Love it.
  9. Double Dragon is a great game for fun and music, and this is one amazing remix. I haven't heard a remix this good for a while, a definate 10/10 song. My favourite parts are the intro and where it starts to pick-up after the 1:45 & 2:50 point, reminds me of some of the music me anda friend used to play. ^^ I look forward to hearing future remixes by you.
  10. First of all, i'm very glad to see a new song by The Wingless. ^^ He is definately one of my favourite remixers on this site. About the clipping, I can't hear that on my normal speakers but when I try listening on surround sound between twenty to fourtyish there is a slight crackling sound...It's not too bad since you can easily just switch around the settings on NvMixer to reduce that sound to almost nothing. Or atleast you can on my computer... Comparing this with other mixes i've heard by Wingless I'd have to say this one rates around 8.5/10 for me. I especially like this mix because you can have it on repeat and it almost sounds like its just one long/never ending song which is great for just relaxing to. Can't wait to hear some more mixes similar to this one and my friends at college can stop moaning that there arn't any World of Warcraft remixes...
  11. Not the best remix i've heard by Beatdrop, but it's a very good mix.
  12. I didn't like this remix when I first head it, but then I listened to it again and then my mood about it completely changed. It's a great Zelda remix, the vocals may need a little work, but since i've never heard you sing before it's a great first vocal track in my opinion. DarkFrog; Can't tell the difference too much between my headphones and speakers but there is a slightly better quality on the speakers. Sounds good set up on a church/hall echo effect. ^^ I'd love to see some more tracks with vocals from you Darangen, maybe with some backing vocals aswell.
  13. I really like this mix, though there is one thing I'm not so sure about. For some reason I can't seem to like the guitar and piano combination. Not sure why, but other than that its a really good mix to me.
  14. I really love this song, I keep listening to it over and over recently...The vocals are great and fit in perfectly with the music.
