Wow that's like what happened when I was gonna meet Miyamoto at Nintendo World. First 200 got in and the idiot in front of me held spots for two of his friends that came very late and I ended up being 201 and my brother 202...

I'll hopefully be among the first to buy the Wii at the big midnight event in Times Square where I should meet Reggie (if I can pull off being the first one in line which may happen...) so I'll be playing it at around 2am EST Sunday.

There's no way that deal will go through. No way. People aren't THAT stupid. The bidding history should say enough. Just look at the feedback. I bet its a fake account. No one with Zero feed back would do that.... well this is the internet.

What a douchebag. Seriously. What bullshit. I wish more stores would just raffle the damn things off. That way they at least have the CHANCE of getting into some gamers hands at retail price. Plus it would eliminate the need to camp out for days. Just show up for the raffle and see if you get one. At game crazy we are instructed to not honor any preorders but instead raffle the PS3s (all 2 of them) to our best customers who really want one and we know will play it and not sell it. We pretty much wont sell one without the person buying the service contract on it and some games so that guarantees that they aren't selling it.

OK we HAVE to stop by Nintendo World (I know we would've anyway). I was there today and was wearing an OCR hoodie. One of the employees came up to me and said "OH MY GOD OCR I LOVE THEM SO MUCH." I mentioned that there'd be a meetup around there and she (as well as other employees) said that they'd really love to meet some of the remixers.

I might as well say. The whole chain (around 715 stores) is getting 1,300 TOTAL. That figures to less than 2 per store. We'll probably get one (hopefully they'll send us one) since we were one of the worst Sony selling stores in our district. HA HA HA

I got out of a conference call with CONFIDENTIAL info about how many PS3s game crazy is overal getting and it's pretty funny.

We STILL have no idea what we are getting at Game Crazy. My boss thinks it's because we're getting so few and Corporate is afraid to tell us.

That one's not too bad.

The only case I have that even closely resembles that is the tin that Serenity came in, and even then a normal DVD case was inside. That won't stick out further when put on a shelf with normal games/DVDs, will it? I hope not... It looks kind of squat so maybe it's the same height as a regular DVD case. There is enough wasted space in regular DVD cases as it is that I sure hope they don't make them bigger. I guess the blue part is supposed to indicate it's a Blu-Ray game, but if there are DVD games for the PS3 will they be in regular cases? It would suck to have more than one type of case. I'm totally into having my games looking neat on a shelf. It does look nice though. My guess is that all the games will be on blu-ray discs, since Sony is known for pushing standards for development on their consoles (i.e. using a certain amount of 3D in PS1 games). We got some in at work already and yes I'm pretty sure that it's the same length as DVD cases, although being shorter. The cases feel kinda cheap, though.

OK On topic: The new cases for the games are weird. Not bad, just weird.
