    I will get a PS3 eventually. I think Blu-Ray will beat out HDDVD and as soon as MGS4 hits the shelves, I bet the system will take off. May not be an instant hit but maybe some day.

    That's what I've been thinking too. I've been eyeballing the PS3 lately.

    Spent both friday and saturday hangin' at my friends house playing this. Fun game, really fun. I'm not that good though. :| We played some co-op on legendary for awhile. I died alot, but I was screwing around alot. We also played for several hours on X-Box Live, and played decently.

    The needler is alot more powerful this time around... wow, good thing you cant dual wield it. I also really liked the brute shot... those two extra rounds are nice.

    Anyways, good game. I want a 360 now.

    Also, that elephant thing on the sandtrap map is AWESOME, even though it is totally slow and useless. Star Wars sandcrawler influence, a little? Haha.

    Damn this game is epic. Best game on the Wii so far IMO.

    The whole buying stuff thing is pretty cool too. I have only been buying the soundtrack extras though, the music is just awesome!

    Also, I dunno about you guys, but Advanced sensitivity just isn't enough for me. With it on, I still feel like I am turning around just a little too slow. It's pretty accurate though. Maybe I was just meant for a mouse.

    I played this for too long tonight. My head kinda feels wierd.

    Yep, wall jumping in Super Metroid is an advanced skill for a reason...it's tough!. I used to be quite horrible at it but on my latest play through, I really got the timing and was able to do it with pretty good consistency. The order of actions is:

    Jump towards the wall, it must be a spinning jump. Touch the wall. Quickly push the direction away from the wall and then hit the jump button. Of course, knowing this doesn't make it easy because the timing is very precise. You must perform the actions very quickly. All you can do is practice to get it down.

    If you just can't get the hang of it, then do like I did on my first few plays: use the bomb jump to get out of there. I was a bit better at the bomb jump's timing. You'll probably be pleased to know there is no place in the game where you must wall jump to proceed.

    Gah, wall jumping.

    I can't get it either. I remember that I used to be able to do it, now I can't get it at all.

    Fuckin' event pokemon. :/ They remind me of those damn Mario items in Animal Crossing WW. I ended up getting the whole set + Pikmin + Blue Falcon from someone who hacked with an Action Replay.

    Regarding the event pokemon, I'd like to get the items that make them accessible, even if they're hacked, so I can catch them legitimately.

    I'd trade you the items, but they are key items and therefore are untrade-able.

    I got those pokemon last night. Pretty cool stuff. I only have about 4 plates for Arceus though, so I need to track down the rest.

    The only Legendaries I am currently missing are Celebi and Lugia.

    And the special event DP ones.

    Now, what exactly are you hinting at here? Haha.

    Are you possibly suggesting I trade pokemon to you that I would have to cheat -no- hack to obtain? Lol.

    Once I get the device, I'll see what I can do. I actually found a cool code that gives you 493 masterballs and makes you able to catch any pokemon that you want to depending on the amount of masterballs you have in you inventory. For example 493 masterballs in your inventory would make the 493'd pokemon appear in the wild, and so on.

    I know, it's cheating... but if it is the only way I can obtain certain pokemon...

    Yeah, but you can do a few little things like catch the G/S/C legendaries after you beat the Elite 4 depending on what starter you chose, which is a pretty cool little thing... but yeah, I would have loved to see the other region too.

    Speaking of legendaries, I'm probably going to get an Action Replay soon to get the event legendaries... I'd wait for an event , but there would probably never be any events around where I live.
