  1. Speaking of Wi-Fi downloads... There's a Jirachi event going on right now!

Grab your Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold or Soul Silver game, and make sure you have Mystery Gift enabled. Don't have it enabled yet? Here's how.

This Jirachi will unlock a Pokéwalker course, but who cares! It's another Wi-Fi event, so that means they are supporting it.

Oh thanks! The event is active in Europe too :)

I've forgotten playing Pokémon (or anything else) since Monster Hunter Tri came into my life :P

  2. They could make it bigger, but goddamn, why would you want a bigger portable? Even then, they'll just do the same thing as the XL, making it bigger without changing any of the specs.

Well my father doesn't like the DS for its "small screens"...he doesn't like the console for the two screens thing either anyway.

  3. I've heard the 'Slide Pad' is really good, much better than the PSP.

Everyone rags on the PSP analog stick thing, but I don't think it's that bad. It's in an uncomfortable position, but what exactly is wrong with it? I always thought it was pretty neat that they were able to get and analog stick on a handheld.

Dunno, never used it too much. It isn't that bad yeah, but I don't want to use the D-pad for Ocarina of Time...

  4. if DKCR doesn't have music by David Wise I will blow up the moon

I don't think it will :( also I fear that no Kremlings are involved this time...

I like the DKJB contamination, but enemies lacked the personality of the DKC series...

  5. Plants Vs. Zombies.

There's no way to describe the game without making it sound stupid. It's very easy to get started, and it quickly grows more complex, but always at a good pace. $10 on Steam ($20 retail), and it's probably the best value I've ever gotten from a game for what I paid for. I'm sure that game will run on anything.

Braid, perhaps? Manipulating time and such... Hard to go wrong with Audiosurf... As other suggested, Heroes of Might and Magic could be good. World of Goo sounds like it would be very good for him...

All the people that I've saw trying PVZ loved it almost immediately, so it's a nice suggestion IMHO.

Braid...is a masterpiece. But a little not for everyone...

  6. Is there still hope for Earthbound to eventually appear on the Wii?

On the Virtual Console you mean? Maybe, who knows...

I'm so absorbed by Monster Hunter Tri that I feel so fine right now and don't "need" new games :D (also I have a great amount of them that I've never got the time to play), but anyway...

I own only Wii of this generation consoles, so I'm interested on see what Nintendo will announce this year. News for Pikmin 3 would be much appreciated, and I would like to see More Metroid: Other M gameplay footage, know more about Epic Mickey, and I can't wait for a trailer of Zelda Wii, obviously.

I'm pretty curious about 3DS too.

Games I wanna know more about (even if I will not be able to play them):

    Naughty Bear

    Marvel vs. Capcom 3

    Castlevania: Lords of Shadow

    Portal 2

    The Last Guardian

Also, have you seen this spectacoular Deus Ex 3 trailer http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-2010-deus-ex/100909 ?

I hope that the game itself will be great, because the story seems really in the right way.

  7. A little question:

How many players can be in the same city in the US servers?

In Europe the limit is 4, wich is pretty boring because if a single player doesn't join the quest, the party cannot be of four.

I saw in some videos that in the JAP version cities are bigger, like 8-10 player slots.

  8. I've seen videos and reviews, and this game looks amazing like I was expecting.

The only thing they can do to make it more perfect is to release a complete soundtrack like they did for the first one; the Bowser stages theme seems even more cool in this version *-* ...
