  1. Well, its kinda hard for them to grow considering how good they are; know what I mean? I personally found 6 degrees the worst one though Misunderstood and Disappear were awesome songs. Speaking of Train of Thought solos... 0:29 will make you crap your pants.
  2. Aw, darn, not sure what to think here. Better go for the PS3. But, anyway, back to the topic. I've heard not good things from EGM about the Force unleashed (C, C+, and a B-). They said it was actually "The Force Mildly Contained". Still, the trailer I saw for the game looked AWESOME.
  3. Ah, kirby super star...oh the memories. I got it for christmas sometime in Elementary School. Throughly enjoyed it. Still enjoy it. STILL play it from time to time. I love Super NES :3
  4. Not entirely stagnant. Look at Train of Thought. Easily their second best. VERY good album. The only newer CD that actually retains the magic of the originals. Also the song Octavarium is exceptional. The album - not so much.
  5. What exactly IS its original incarnation, if I may ask?
  6. Hmm...the only ones from SFAM I would DIE to have are The Dance Of Eternity, Home, and Fatal Tragedy. The real album that deserves a hardcore amount of attention is Images and Words. EASILY their best album, nay, the best album ever. Every song is perfect in every way. Surrounded is also their best song and it's...wait for it...on this DVD! I'm giddy with excitement . No, SFAM is good though. Songs like previously mentioned TDoE, Home, Finally Free, Through My Words, One Last Time, and most especially Fatal Tragedy are awesome.
  7. The little bit of Ecco I remember was playing it on my cousins' Genesis. I always heard good stuff about the genesis version though.
  8. Half-Life 2 has every weapon it ever needed...or did it? No, seriously, that's one game I can't think up something new. Which if Half-life 3 does, it'll be the best thing ever.
  9. Sad thing is that the movie market is so chock full of predictable horror movies that there's few movies worth actually having. The Dark Knight is one of the few
  10. Well, anything that you think took a lot of talent and imagination to make. Which isn't really restricted by genre. But it's not really all that often Trance goes there in my opinion. Of course, the band with the most imagination and talent (in my opinion) is in my sig
  11. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCmNl2tKfug Sept. 28 Anyone going to get it too? I know I sure am. Tracklist is as follows: Intro / Also Sprach Zarathustra Constant Motion Panic Attack Blind Faith Surrounded The Dark Eternal Night Keyboard Solo Lines In The Sand Scarred Forsaken The Ministry Of Lost Souls Take The Time In The Presence Of Enemies Schmedley Wilcox: Trial Of Tears, Finally Free, Learning To Live, In The Name Of God, Octavarium And usual backstage, interview yadda yadda on disc 2. What are your thoughts on the tracklist? Scarred is the only Dream Theater song I can't get into. Panic Attack is also the most repetetive thing ever >_<
  12. Genius. I AM getting a PS3 soon, but only for 2 reasons: 1. PS2's die quickly (do the new, tiny models??), and I want PS2 and PS1 goodness forever. Therefore, 80 GB PS3. 2. Metal Gear Solid 4. I have a friend who got the $500 bundle pack of MGS4 and the 80GB PS3 THE DAY MGS4 CAME OUT and he always talks about it being the best game ever. I watched him play a bit and I must say it looks awesome. He's told me enough other things (not story-related I assure you, I'm not that gay) that make me want to buy it. Still, the PS3 is a joke right now in terms of how many good games it has. But hey, if I get one, I'll have all the systems, so I might as well go for it. At least then I won't miss anything if something good DOES happen.
  13. Lol apparently noone here likes trance a whole lot. I will say Trance isn't a genre to take uber-seriously, but rather just a genre for fun. You know what I mean? That's just how some genres are. Others can actually be appreciated for talent and whatnot. EDIT: Of course it doesn't HAVE to have talent and imagination to actually be good to listen to. Just look at Trivium.
  14. Replace "trance" with Progressive Metal. Trance is awesome though.
  15. John Petrucci of Dream Theater does that. But you and him are about it
  16. But that was one of the cool aspects of the movie. I liked that a lot! It made the movie so much more interesting.
  17. Probably ain't gonna happen soon though what with all the other projects going on and whatnot. Of course, once I get into recording stuff, I wouldn't mind leading one.
  18. Lol only Bourne movie I've seen was Ultimatum and it was the most shaky thing ever. Got on my nerves bad >_<
  19. The Joker was portrayed in an entirely new and original way, which was one of the coolest things about the movie. I also agree about the shaky cam fad thing. It's much worse in some other movies though. Ever seen The Bourne Ultimatum?
  20. The Dark Knight is one of the best movies I've ever seen in the 2000 era. It was a great new movie amongst a bunch of terrible horror movies and whatnot.
  21. Big problem with Legends: Music quality sounded so aweful. Felt like Super Nintendo sometimes >_<
  22. Lol oddly enough I find Bust-A-Move boring. Either the both of us haven't played enough of both, or Puzzle games are a total matter of taste. ...I';m just being nitpicky, but you barely say anything when you make a post.
  23. X4 is really fun to play. Heck, Mega Man is meant to be played multiple times. FFVI is one of the best RPGs ever. No question. MGS 2 & 3 are equally amazing. I'm playing Subsistence right now and the camera makes it so much more fun.
  24. Isn't it, though? Hard mode is a joke to me now simply because of the sheer amount of times I've played Tetris Attack.
  25. I'd like to hear why, because it's the most fun puzzle game ever (or portal).
