just wanted to chime in and say no, it's okay how it is. it's describing the attack in the same breath as mentioning it. a colon might be more appropriate, or rephrasing it as "which is a powerful tidal wave..." but otherwise it works just fine.

Haha yeah, I have a physical copy of Impostor Nostalgia (which this is the sequel to), but no worries. I'm sure that feeling is constant for every release.

Something I just realized is how much Korra shares personality-wise with what we know of Kuruk. Kuruk was the previous Water Tribe avatar, and was quite the show-off. This all culminated in Koh the Face Stealer robbing him of the woman he loved to punish him for his boldness. Though I don't think Koh is going to steal Mako's face, there is a brash demeanor common between the Korra and Kuruk, and it wasn't until Koh did what he did that Kuruk realized what he had done and what he was meant to do. Korra's gonna need a similar epiphany to realize her full potential as avatar as well.

yeah korra's problem is that she doesn't think outside the box, she'd rather use firebending to incinerate it.

to be fair, in book 1 she was mostly fighting those without bending (even though she didn't have the avatar state on her side), which isn't exactly a fair matchup. and even when she was fighting benders, she still had a bit of an unfair advantage being the avatar and all and having use of 3/4 of the elements. that's two more than any other bender she fought. in this, she's been completely unprepared. even with the avatar state, angry spirits are powerful as fuck, and it looks like only one method is proven to defeat them. it's like korra's level 1 and the angry spirits are level 100; the avatar state can help, but it's still a completely lopsided battle. that's why this is an important task for korra; she approaches everything head-on and feels fighting is the best way to win, but that's not how to defeat the spirits. this season will have korra learn that and temper her impulsiveness to the point where she'll more effectively be able to fulfill her role as avatar.

I really can't wait to hear what Gordon Freeman and Mozart have to offer; I hope they collab with Tony Stark on a track.

The thirteenth game is Awakening (which takes place a couple thousand of years after Marth lived), so the other Falchion is basically an alternate timeline one; in that timeline, it is no different from the main Falchion that Marth wields. And the fact it becomes the Exalted Falchion needs no merit either; after all, this is Marth's bio, not his sword's. If it doesn't become the Exalted Falchion or have an alternate timeline version during his adventures, it's rather pointless to mention in his bio.

If I could have had every Cid represented via music, I would have. However, no one stepped forth to cover that Cid. :\

Due to the current issues with KNGI, that is up in the air. However, I am seeking alternative release routes that might turn out better than expected.

Just as the topic states, Hiroshi Yamauchi has passed away. This guy was responsible for helping transform Nintendo from playing card manufacturer to video game giant over his 53-year term with the company. He stepped down as President in 2002 (he was succeeded by Satoru Iwata) and became chairman of the board of directors. Three years later, he stepped down from that position, partly because of age and partly because he felt the company was in good hands. He also refused his retirement pension (estimated at between $9-14 million) and let Nintendo have it, feeling that they'd do more with it. So yeah, thoughts? Source

Here's the differences between what CoroCoro revealed and what we know now. -Chespin's evolution is Quilladin -Fennekin becomes Braixen -Froakie evolves into Frogadier -The poodle is Furfrou; if you don't keep it groomed consistently its hair will grow too long and return to its default appearance -The T-Rex is Tyrunt and is found via the Jaw Fossil -The diplodocus is Amaura and is found via the Sail Fossil; it's ability is now known as Refrigerate -The Psychic cat is Meowstic -Team Flare's 5 scientists are Celosia (purple hair), Aliana (orange hair), Bryony (green hair), and Mable (blue hair). Xerosic, the lone male of the group, has red goggles and hair -The actress Karune is to be called Diantha. More type changes have been announced as well, though these more pertain to certain moves and status effects -Grass-type Pokémon are no longer affected by Leech Seed, Spore, Stun Spore, PoisonPowder or Sleep Powder -Electric-type Pokémon can no longer be Paralyzed -Ice-type Pokémon can no longer be Frozen -Ghost-type Pokémon are no longer affected by moves that trap them such as Mean Look oh, and since it hasn't been mentioned here, Litleo evolves into Pyroar. CoroCoro leak! Initial starter evolutions, still pure-types at this point. Mega Mewtwo X, a Psychic/Fighting Mega Evolution that is exclusive to X, just like the one we've been seeing is exclusive to Y. Mega Garchomp, which has Sand Force (ups the power of certain moves in a sandstorm). New Pokémon! -A new Normal-type dog that has a customizable appearance. -A Psychic-type cat that has differing appearances and movesets based on gender. The female one (left) is more of an attacker while the male one (right) is more of a supporter. -New Fossil Pokémon! The top one is a Rock/Dragon (NEW COMBO) T-Rex that has the new ability Hard Jaw (increases the power of biting moves) and knows Crunch. -The other Fossil is a Rock/Ice Diplodocus which has the new ability Freeze Skin (turns Normal-type moves into Ice-type moves and boosts their power) and knows Aurora Beam. TYPE CHART!! Basically, we know the typing by now for the other types, though Steel has lost its resistance to Dark and Ghost. As for Fairy... -Super effective against Fighting, Dark and Dragon -Not very effective on Fire, Poison or Steel -Takes double damage from Poison and Steel -Takes half damage from Fighting, Dark and Bug -Immune to Dragon. so yeah. i hope that that T-Rex is X-exclusive; I want him.
