Considering that the cards have their root in the plot for Chain of Memories, they didn't do away with it. Re:Chain of Memories just adds full cutscenes, 3D field of play, and Riku gets a cool "Duel" feature to his decks (which is basically War)

Well the design is the most recent one for her suit, so I don't see why they shouldn't just update it now instead of relying on the Super Metroid one. Everyone else gets their looks updated, why not her? Also I'm really not concerned if a character I want in Smash 4 doesn't make it; odds are I can just hack 'em into Brawl anyways Seriously I have Lloyd from Symphonia on my Brawl, along with Cloud Strife and Sora.

You can see from the trailer that the Cat Suit isn't taking the place of those suits, since the Tanooki Suit also returns. As seen in the trailer.

That and Nintendo's also just doing its own thing. Microsoft and Sony are cars, Nintendo the guy on the bike, doing his own thing. For E3 it works.

Yeah, it's been known for YEARS that Kojima wanted Snake in Smash. He even asked when Melee was almost done, if memory serves, but the game was too close to completion to add him. Hence why he was in Brawl instead.

Most of the Metroidvanias were also on a Nintendo system, specifically GBA and DS. Actually... of all the games, I can only think of... 4 that weren't on a Nintendo system? Maybe a few more? My point is, the majority of CV games were on Nintendo systems. It only makes sense.

you obviously weren't listening then cause what i said was basically repeating what they said you say you don't "see" anything, but honestly we haven't seen much from it at all. just bits and pieces. and what i was saying was what they said, nothing that was shown in the video. here's an article which states that they're taking all they've learned from the past 3D mario games and incorporating those things into this game

Did you watch the SM3DW Developer Direct? That's where I got all that from. I didn't just pull it out of my ass.

it's also being made by the Galaxy team. i understand liking that, but SM3DW will have elements from all the games, from 64 to Sunshine to both Galaxies, along with stuff from SM3DL. It's a culmination of all those games, and a successor to all of them. If that's not a new "true" 3D Mario, then I don't know what is. Perhaps y'all need to re-evaluate your personal definitions of that and take another look at this game.

I just saw this. I think Zoda's Revenge was great, much better than the first. Also it looked and sounded a lot better than the first. Plus, if he were to be in this, there's things in ZR that could be used for his moveset. Final Smash could easily Ultra Psychic Shock Wave.

I only meant that as in "don't expect super photorealistic graphics out of every single thing on the system" mostly because a lot of nintendo properties (like Mario) would look weird with those. i'm actually quite excited for Watch_Dogs.
